Aeronautical Engineering, or Astronautical Engineering, field of engineering concerned with the design, development, construction, testing, and operation of crafts operating in the Earth's atmosphere or in outer space


Aeronautical engineers examines, plans, retains, examines and builds up the performance of military as well as civil aircrafts, space vehicles, satellites, weapons, etc. Primarily, aeronautical engineers have to focus on improving the quality of the standard and safety of aircrafts. Furthermore, the aeronautical engineers also have to attempt their best to reduce the pressure of aircrafts in the environment and to reduce the costs on the whole aircraft.

Aeronautical engineers require a bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering for an entry level job. Typically, aeronautical engineers begin as a junior engineer or trainee to gain experience in their field of interest. Advancement usually requires at least a Masters Degree, licensure as a professional engineer, solid work experience and job performance.

The field of aeronautical engineering is inspiring, and offers different fields to explore and specialize in. By concentrating on all imaginable section of aircraft technology, aeronautical engineers make safe flight possible, and are continuously working on ways to improve aircraft safety, comfort, and functioning.
